Generally it’s better to play sports games on consoles with controllers in front of the tv sitting on your couch compared to 1 feet from a monitor, sitting on a chair and using a mouse and keyboard awkwardly.
The companies that make sports games sadly don’t really care to put much spit and polish into their game releases on different platforms so expect the EXACT same graphics on all platforms generally speaking. Even if the PC had slightly different graphics, I’d still suggest the 360/ps3 simple because sports should be played and watched in front of a tv and with friends for the best effect.
