I’m referring to violent video games like shooter-types involving a lot of weapons.I noticed some gamers, who sweat excessively and it looks as if they’re on the verge of getting a heart attack? have you experienced this, if so, during which games specifically? or do you manage to keep your cool? how?
Avid gamers; what are your overall experiences/feelings after playing an hour or more of video games? also, which game causes the most anxiety for you and which relieves the most stress? Thanks.

I get very stressed and anxious no matter what game i play. I can even just be playing Texas Hold’em Poker and still get stressed.
I guess it depends on the type of person you are. If you are very competitive (like me) then i believe any game can stress you out because you always want to win, but can’t.
HA HA, it sometimes does. There is this movie on You Tube that shows a forgin kid going crazy (type super retard to get to it). That does not really happen to me though. The only thing that happens to me is my eyes hurt really bad.

the mature and adults only games are and can cuase lots of stress if ur under 17 or 18.but if this is a medical problem, then u should see the docter.i mean if u dont like wat u see,or ur trembling with stress.just sell the games if there to hard on u.
usually i dont get stressed in shooters unless im having a problem in the single player on a certain part playing online is all fun and never get stressed. after an hour i usually feel a tired almost (legs sore eyes getting used to not staring at a screen etc)
It depends, it relieves stress if: the game is not too hard, the game is fun, and if the game is a game that you like.
It adds anxiety if: the game is hard, if you are trying to complete a hard challenge, but keep failing, and if the game is boring.
Well, it all depends what happens while I’m playing. If I keep on dying, I just become every more stressed, but if I am winning, and doing quite well, it calms me down quite a bit.
