How Can I Make My Gameplay Smoother On The Sims 2 Deluxe Cuz When I Move It Is Like Staticky And Choppy?

A couple of things you could do…
1. run the game in a lower quality res
2. upgrade your vid card to one that can handle the rendering – nvidia has some good cards.
