Just got an Xbox360 but dont have a wireless adaptor for it. I have a new laptop which connects to the internet via our BT Home Hub (wireless). I have connected Xbox to laptop by ethernet cable but the Xbox is saying IP adress failed. Any suggestions on how to connect to Xbox LIVE this way?

Got to this site
Plug an ethernet cord from your xbox to the ethernet port of your laptop.
Then go into connection settings and select “Share this connection”.
Congratulations, you have live.
You have to change some settings allowing shared connection on your laptop im pretty sure.
