Look into art and graphic design school, many of them have video game design courses. Most allow you to get a degree as well which will definitely make it easier to find a career in that field.
You’re most likely going to need some animation, drawing and 3D modeling courses. All you have to do is contact the school of your choice and ask them what is needed for a video game production career.

To find on close to you, just google search art school in your area and look at the courses they offer.
