Is it possible to become completely blind or go to the point where nearsightedness can’t be corrected anymore from playing too many video games?
My vision is currently at 925 975 (compared to reading glasses that are typically 25-275). My vision has progressively worsened from perfect vision to this point because (from what everyone tells me) of reading too many books and playing too many video games.
If it is possible, at what point does a typical person become blind? 1300? 1400?

Many people eventually go blind from wearing stronger and stronger artificial prescriptions(glasses, contacts, surgery) year after year. Most people who get macular degeneration and retinal detachment have been wearing strong artificial corrections for many years.
Too many video games and books do not directly harm eyesight. We get blurry vision as an incorrect response to stress. We then lock in this stress with artificial corrections.
Most people can return to natural perfect eyesight by unlearning the incorrect vision habits, reintegrating the correct vision behaviors, and undoing the damage of artificial corrections and blur.
When we relearn to see we can do many challenging vision activities like computers and reading and only strengthen our vision without any strain or tension or harm.

i cant find anything about what point someone becomes blind but cutting down for a little bit and doing eye exercises helps your vision stay stronger.

my advice eat vegetables a lot, like carrots, squash, and eat healthy foods and fruits too.
