The PS3 is a rock solid system, and is quickly gaining reputation now that the game selection is getting wider, and within the next year, the game selection is going to multiply greatly, both in quantity and quality.
PS3 home is good if you are a socialite, as that’s pretty much all it’s good for… I’m not much for making PS3 friends or online friends at all, as I my playing time varries greatly… One month I may play every single day for hours, and then I may not touch it for a couple of months (I have a gaming PC, so I spend alot of time on PC games, no console can match a PC in power or customization of games)
I did like the bowling in PS Home though… I played it alot, it’s a simple game, but addicting.
I would say the ps3 is very good, because it has slightly better graphics than the 360, has blu-ray, and free online play. The home feature is kinda pointless in my opinion, even though it makes chatting a bit more convinient. Id say get the ps3 unless you want halo, or if most of your friends have 360s.
The only reason people compare it to Xbox 360 is because of the 360s lineup of exclusive games. Just wait until January, we’re getting an exclusive game called MAG which allows 256 people online in the same game! THATS RIGHT, 256 PEOPLE!
