The only one I know of is NBA 2K7, and some of the NFL games.
But it is just a combo of MAX 7 Bluetooth devices, so here is one possible combination:
4 controllers+3 headsets
6 controllers+1 headset
2 controllers+2 headsets
You pretty much get the point
