you have a hard drive problem, same thing happend to my, had to send it back to Microsoft to get repared, ring them up and tell them the problem and then you can take it from there.

if it gets hot it might freeze. if it is bumped it will freeze. if the vents get blocked it might freeze if the xbox hes ever goten 2 cold or hot it might freeze.
