you can get roster downloads for ncaa 09 now though so you can have the names of the players. or you can just enter the names of your favorite team manually(i done it with georgia takes about an hour and a half)

same here im a big stay in the pocket qb i hate when im playing other people and they can scramble around for 10 minutes and finally through a perfect pass across the middle for 40 yards thats when football isnt football anymore.

Because that is the NCAA rules. Every player in the NCAA would have to sign a contract. They can do it in the NFL because each player is under contract with the league.
