The PS3/360 version are much better. No offense. You will find out when the PC Version of the game comes out. If you see NFS Undercover for PC, its like PS1/PS2 Graphics. I would say PS3/360 Versions are better.

they just didnt bother optimizing the game for pc, they just ported the console version changed it a bit to run on the pc and waited for the €€€ to start pouring.
rockstar never did that, and most game devs never did that.

Actually, If you look at Need For Speed Undercover graphics on PC, they aren’t as good as PS3/360. But we can’t say any way around because the game isn’t out yet for PC. When it is we can decide which has better graphics.
