I love this game but i sucked? at it i could never complete that mission were you had to defend the pavilion
I have both the robotech games for the xbox.? This one is way better than the other(fps) If you watched the original cartoons, you will enjoy the decent cell-shaded graphics, makes it look like your playing the cartoons. Never tried the ps2 version, I assume its the same.

@kNIGHTWING01 i loved this game as a kid and i found out how to beat Catseye, you have to stay away from the catscan because the? enemies go after you. so if you are near the catseye it will die. love this review thnx so much!!!
So……..the ending is not well……..because the game didn’t do well enough?…….or cos your skills were ok? Or because you? earned “most” of medals?
Its obvious you will not enjoy a game if you don’t know how to play it. I enjoyed playing it, not as much as an arcade (like you probably did, shooting and just shooting, and not thinking logical ways to overcome adversity) but as a strategy game.
Te ending was awsome, BTW. Original and altruist.

great ending? your kidding, so Archer drifting in space is a great ending? If you? say so. Ive earned most of the medals in this game and im pretty good at this game or used to be. Not when I did the review as my skillz were rusty, haven’t not played the game since its release. There was suppose to be a sequel for this game, but it didn’t do well enough, so the ending is not great. But would have led into the sequel.
Trust me people. The reviewer has much to learn, he didnt even saw half of the story, half of the scenarios and has no idea about the great ending.

The sniper mode is on the most usefull weapon.
If the reviewer took the time to read the specifications you get for each weapon, will notice it can kill female zentraedi in 3 shots, instead of the 500 missiles you have to shoot like a moron if you know nothing about the weapons.
Cat’s Eyes is as difficult as any other level you don’t know. Just by looking this video, I can tell you are too slow and its obvious why you die always.

Man this game takes me back and yes the Cat Scan was and still is (if u have a ps2 and the game) indeed the HARDEIST MISSION IN THE GAME it me and my big bro at least 2 days i think maybe just all night to beat this level and i gave up? but my bro eventualy beat it and to my shock couldnt belive he did or how for that matter but eventually i maneged to beat it all on my own multiple times too just goes to show you gotta cherrish good memories like this along with the love of the show GO ROBOTECH

OMG, you brought “Crystal Dreams”! I was sooooooooooo hurt when that game got cancelled. ? I followed its developement faithfully
I beat the entire game? several times. Cat Scan took so long it wasn’t even funny. It got blown up and It was stupid. I was pissed. The ending cut scene was sad.
This game sucks ass in comparison to? Macross Frontier series for the PSP

theres a cheat called “WHERESMAX” and when thats in you get all the skins for the tech
