I have an older computer that the Nintendo Usb connecter is not compatible with and I plan on buying Guitar Hero 3 for my Wii and it has online battle mode so I want to get wireless internet but there are so many (internet routers) at Best Buy I don’t know which one to choose….. help me please!!! I just want to play people across the world because I rock at that game!!!

You should check out the Wii tech support forums. (go to http://wii.nintendo.com) and go to the forums. They don’t specifically “officially” support routers, but they have listed some that are finicky with the Wii. The forums are also a nice place to ask if other users have a specific router and if they have problems with it.
In short though, stay away from n-protocol as that isn’t supported as a transmission type by the Wii (you can get g/n though).
