It works with both game systems, but with XBox you will be able to download extra features.

The latest GTA released to date is GTA San Andreas which is on PS2 and the original Xbox, but it is also compatible with Xbox 360.
GTA IV (4) is released next month (29th April) and it will be compatible with both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
