Complaints are reviewed by actual people, so unless you’ve done something wrong you’ve got nothing to worry about. In fact, he and his friends could get suspended for abusing the complaints system.
if it was me i would call 1800 4 myxbox and tell someone there they will ban him from xbox live for a year.
You won’t get banned unless you’ve done something wrong, and you can’t get banned from bad rep.
I wouldn’t have him as a friend anymore take him off your friends list.
Then go and find better friends.
