We recently bought a Playstation 3 and am looking into high def TVs. Not sure what style will be best when working on a budget. I dont want to spend a fortune.

You want a fast response time at least 8ms or less. You want a high contrast ration of at least 3000/1 or for best 10000/1
You want the highest number of colors 16million to 3billion.
The bigger the screen the better numbers in the above you’ll want to get.
For 32 inch 8ms response with 3000/1 contrast isfine but anything larger than 32 you’ll want a faster response speed and a beeter contrast ratio.
You can get a good hd set for less than a grand. Just know your numbers and what you are buying. You will also want a set with both hdmi and optical out and usb. Many hd sets can be upgraded using your computer and usb port on the set itself.

If you don’t want to spend a fortune, than go with an LCD that has HDMI input(s).
This one is an excellent choice:http://www.adorama.com/SSGLNT3253H.html?…
    Hope this helps. Good luck!

If it’s me i would ans a Panasonic 103″ Plamas TV capable of 1080P compression… Don’t trust the Samsung one’s, they are crap…
However that would be too expensive so i would recommend the Pioneer 50″ Plasma TV model PDP-5070HD or Sony’s TV range in this site http://www.sony.com.sg/bravia/flash.html
One thing, don’t get the Samsung ones, they are crap… they only want you to imagin you have the best…
    Have fun!

It depends how much you want to spend. You have to get a HDTV but if you want a good one get one with the HDMI port it will give you the best HD expeirence.

A Sony HDTV of course, just ask them lol. Honestly most brands would work fine, and the ones that don’t are because poor quality TV and have little to do with the actual system.

For $1000 you can get an HD projector & build as big a TV as you want. I play mine on a 10′ widescreen in the living room and a 24′ one outside!
