once you have over 2 GB, thats all you will really need. Choose the graphaics card. You can get a moderate one for around 34 at bestbuy. But a good quality one is around $110 but has 512 MB of memmory on it…
3 GB RAM is enough for every game on the market, so RAM certainly isn’t your problem. A new graphics card may help, but the problem may also be the game itself. For example, if you have Vista, OpenGL games don’t run well.
is your OS 32 bit or 64?? 3 gb is pretty good already. If you have a 32 bit then then you can only use 3.5 gb. but a good graphics card would see a much more increase in performance compared to buying ram
your problem is hp is the crappiest computer on the market.
