What’s A Good Tv Tuner For My Laptop Which Will Hook Up To An Antenna And Will Allow Me To Record Tv And Xbox?

I want to be able to play and record TV using an antenna and play and record Xbox 360 gameplay on my laptop. Please don’t suggest the Gamebridge, as that doesn’t work with Vista. Thanks.
