with my canon zr 200, from the camera it shows the tv recording with horrble quality. the top part of the screen is almost blackish and the bottom is too bright. so it brings bad quality to the tv. how can I fix that problem when I record?

If you are using a PC to play your games, try software called Fraps. http://www.fraps.com its free to download – although a small purchase will remove the fraps logo from the video and all future updates are free…
I take it you are pointing the video camera at the tv screen and recording through the lens?
It sounds to me like the scanning pattern of the tv and the camcorder are out of synch with each other.
There are a couple of ways around this:
Reduce your shutter speed to 1/30th of a second or even 1/15th, this will affect the fluidity of motion, but should be able to capture a complete scan of the screen (i.e. no dark areas)
The second is to record a signal output from the video game unit. Do you have more than one output on the back of the unit, such as say a scart? composite video (round yellow socket) or a YC / S-video?
Does your camcorder have an analogue input? If so, use it in VCR mode and try to record the s-video or composite signal onto your camcorder, whilst still being able to view the gamepaly on your larger screen.
Depending on the unit/game there may be copy protection built in to the signal, in which case your camcorder will not record.
