The Playstation website only has 2.20 up… But just now when I tried to go online with my PS3 it wanted me to update…
Well, where is the newest one? Why does it take so damn long for them to put it on the website?
I want to download it onto a USB drive because it’s a lot faster than updating directly from my PS3.

Usualyy Sony’s website is a bit late. All we can do is wait a little.
i know ps3 site takes a while to update their web but the only choice u have right now is download it straight from the ps3 what i usually do is download and do something else to spend the time like watch tv when the download reaches 64 the rest will be finished in a second or two
so u that ur only choice right now
just do it from the system for now, not unless you want to wait to go into the new store.
