I kept meaning to buy the warranty but never did and now it’s broken. Broke right now and only want to spend the $150 if I REALLY have too. SOOO Where else, beside sony can I take my playstation 3 to get fixed? It wont do anything but play demos.

The best thing to do is to send it to Sony. Sony knows what they’re doing. I sent mine in back in March and I don’t regret it.
i think doing the sending is probaly best. i tried 4 places with mine and they said they could’t even touch it if we were condidering sending it in… but, 1 guy did open mine up and was able to tell me that my laser was fried and my lens was dusty… so, i think your best idea is sending it.. don’t worry, they give you a next day air stamp and send you a new one. you’ll have it bac from 1-2 weeks

Best Buy might do it.But it will cost some money if u didn’t buy it from there.My friend’s stopped working and he took it into best buy and they fixed it for free because he bought it there.
