Roberto

don’t listen to Brandon….i bet he has a 360…everyone that has a 360 thinks the PS3 is crap because they know the PS3 Will end up wining the console race…..who cares… the 360 sold more units then the PS3..cuz…the 360 has been out 1 whole year longer….look I’m not saying the 360 sucks….but compared to the PS3 its no where near as good as the PS3 and I’m not gonna lie …i don’t have either of the systems…but I’m planing on buying a PS3 because i KNOW how good the PS3 really is…..

PS3 will be the champ. Nintendos Wii is mostly a toy/game hybrid. Xbox is another attempt, though a great one, at Microsoft trying to compete in a market.
PS3 is a serious gaming machine by a company who’s been in it long enough.

You r kind of passionate about it… I think like you do…
It will definitively win the race… much better resolution, capacity, games, software, connectivity, compatibility, everything…

ive done so much reserch over this, and it will. they ps3 is just better, it has blu-ray, and with that the graphics can be better and the games can be longer. xbox might have the lead now, but in the future, next year or so. ps3 will be on top, and dude the wii? what the f.u.c.k is that guy talking about? wii sucks, my psp graphics are better than those. haha

Jacob

I have both, ps3 and x360. and i agree that PS3 will win the race. and Wiis? how can those even be compared the the PS3

Yeah Sony unanimously will win the console wars! Sony is one class act company who makes quality products unlike microsoft who makes good consoles but in reality they’re pieces of **** and break (example Xbox, and Xbox 360). Microsoft should stop making consoles. and nintendo is an awesome company as well, since they make durable consoles that don’t break easily but they really need to step up to putting better graphics cards in their consoles but they obviously aren’t better than sony. So yeah sony will win with the Ps3. Screw 360. i might support wii but like i said its not better than ps3

It depends on whether you include the Wii. Except for its novel controller it is very much a last gen console and shouldn’t be included in the race (just like hand-held game machines aren’t).
The PS3 will almost certainly beat the 360 in every respect, but I don’t think the PS3 will ever outsell the Wii.

125 million PS2′s sold (and counting). You know what at least 75% of those people will buy . . . . . .PS3.
Playstation = 240 million consoles sold worldwide (PSone + PS2 + PS3).
Xbox = 45 million consoles sold worldwide (Xbox + Xbox 360)
Nintendo = 180 million consoles sold worldwide (NES + SNES + N64 + Gamecube + Wii)
PLAYSTATION OWNS ALL. BOW DOWN. STOP FOOLING YOURSELVES.
If Xbox doubled its total sales it still would not have sold as much as PSone sold by itself (108 million systems).
Xbox is only popular in the states. Playstation is worldwide.
System sales totals can be found @ Wikipedia.com

I think the PS3 will reign over. The XBOX 360 has a engineering problem which is causing fatal errors (typical Microsoft!), and the Wii, although it is ridiculously fun, does not have a lot of depth behind it. Sony (and devout fanbased loyalty) have shown their systems to have a ten year lifespan in the market. No one has truly found even half of what this monolithic beast can do. Sony doesn’t win solely based on strength (though they have plenty of it), but on its survival instincts, and the PS3 it wearing plenty already (too much power, too expensive, the format war), just like the PS2 (underpowered, competitiors from every direction, fighting with big brother). And who do we thank for this? Nintendo. 15 years ago, Sony made a proposal to seal their dominance, and they said no. (As Tony Montana) LOOK A THEM NOW

No, mostly because having a ps3 isn’t worthwhile t have if you don’t have an HDTV. In addition, its game libraries are far smaller than those of the wii and the xbox 360. Also, the base model fro the PS3 is $150 more expensive than both the xbox 360 and wii.
