Why Do I Get Nauseus From Playing Video Games?

My boyfriend makes video games for a living so it would be NICE if i could actually play them but i get really sea-sick and i want to barf after like 20 minutes. Ive tried ginger pills and stuff but nothing seems to work. anyone have any ideas?

    You need to make sure there’s plenty of natural light coming in and you don’t sit too close.
    Your eyes are telling your brain that you’re moving, while your character moves through the virtual reality. But your inner ear says you’re not moving. So your brain gets confused and it makes you nauseus.
    Learn to look away from the screan every few seconds. Remind your eyes you’re not actually moving around.

    eventually, over time, you will get adjusted to the games. your brain is getting WAYYYYY too much info at once and you eyes are constantly moving trying to take in all the visual stimulation. either stop playing altogether or start off wtih less intense games and work your way up
