When it exits the game and goes to the menu it says the disc slot is reading. It just stays like this. It always happens and i don’t know whats wrong with my console.

Your disk could be too scratched to read. If this happens all of your games then it’s probably your disk drive.
I had this problem and it turned out to be and unfixable problem, sorry, Try contacting Microsoft for advice or repair, they will do if for free if the warranty is still valid but only on the 20GB one’s and below, not the 60GB ones.
Might be your disc or you might be getting syptoms of the E74 error or the so called “Red Ring of Death.” Try giving your 360 a break or just wipe your disc with a soft cloth or a soft piece of clothing.
