   it’s not weird, your guy friends are probably just jealous that they got beaten by a girl! anyway, i think most guys would like it that they can find a girl who plays video games instead of yelling at them to stop playing.

   It isn’t weird at all, it is just that most games out there are geared towards boys/men. With every game being more and more graphically enhanced and action oriented to gain interest on the market, girls just don’t want in on that kind of thing.
   It also seems most games are on violence whether it be RTS, FPS, Fighting, physical Sports, RPGs, etc. With non-violent games like Spore, Sims, etc. coming out once in a blue moon. So women aren’t playing as much.
   Otherwise it isn’t weird at all, just not nearly as common.

   Because girls don’t play video games. How many girls do you know play video games? I don’t know very many. It’s not that they’re not supposed to play video games. They just don’t. I bet for every girl that plays video games there’s like 50 guys. That’s why it’s weird. But at the same time a girl who does play video games is very sexy. I don’t think your guy friends are jealous. They’re probably very happy that you do play but they’re just not used to girls playing video games.

   I don’t think it’s weird at all, though I am a girl who plays (and rocks) at video games as well. I’ve played video games with my boy cousins since I was little and they never thought it was weird. They always tried to teach me! Anyway, even if some people say it’s weird, don’t listen to them. I don’t really get it. Video games are fun and should be enjoyed by both sexes. Keep on gaming girl…

   Wow, i’m a girl and i’m just like you =]. My guy friends think its really cool of me though. Your friends just think its weird because you’re better than them at playing video games and they just don’t want to say that your cool. =]

   First off, your guy friends are probably just jealous anyways. Second thing, i’m a girl and I love video games plus I ROCK at them! It is what I do in my spare time to chill out. Don’t feel bad…..Keep doing what your doing!

   well every girl Ive went out with thinks video games are for little kids and are immature so when a gamer chick is found its like a breath of fresh air keep on gaming

    I don’t think it’s weird. When my wife and I were dating we stayed up till 4 in the morning beating Halo 2 together!
    (We were pissed about the cliffhanger!)
