I just bought ps3 and am about to play online, just wanted to know will there be latency problems (which is the prob depending on the communication speed with the server and my ps3)? just like counter strike? remember latency also = Ping.!??

I play wirelessly and I can honestly say the only time I experience lag is when the host has a horrible connection. For being free, the PSN is an extremely reliable service.
I have experienced none, their is some bullet delay if your playing a shooter. It’s not too severe however.
For actual latency or lag problems, I haven’t experienced one, Neither of my friends have experienced one. Only if you have a really horrid internet connection that may happen. Possibly even wireless.
