Mine is hooked up to a 42” LCD monitor, I just connected it to the yellow,white, and red inputs that come with the wii.
You sure can. You’ll be able to do it right out of the box if the monitor has inputs for the Wii’s composite or component (sold separately) cables.
Even though the LCD is likely HDTV, remember that Wii casts in 480i/p, which is about the same quality as regular TV. If you have the resources, I suggest getting component cables, since it takes away some of the blurriness you get with Wii on HDTVs.
If the monitor has ports only for digital input, you may be out of luck. I would still try Radio Shack, though. They might sell an adapter.
