Would I Need To Reinstall My Video Games If Im Going To Install A New Graphic Card?

im playing games on my Intel Built-In graphic card.. im going to get a Nvidia GEforce 8600 GT … will i need to reinstall my video games inorder to run the games on the graphic card or will the games run just fine without needing to reinstall?
